Celebrating the synergy between physical and mental wellness.

Today we are talking to Harriet Drewry, a personal training and massage therapist who shares her own personal traumas and how she uses fitness and wellbeing in building her resilience. In 2018 she faced the heartbreaking loss of her younger brother to suicide and in sharing her story, she hopes to offer solace and support to others who find themselves in similar circumstance.
